A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF 8 PEOPLE,
     INCLUDING CHILDREN WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO.

 20% Deposit is required upon booking.

Balance of payment to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay to confirm booking.

We reserve the right not to refund deposits, subject to being able to re-hire the beach house.

No linen supplied, i.e. sheets, quilts,
blankets, towels etc.

Check in time: 2.00 pm

Check out time: 10.00 am

No pets allowed

No smoking in house
